StatsMapp complies with COPPA, GDPR, and Australian Privacy Act requirements to ensure your child's safety online. In the app, Settings → Data & Privacy → Export my data builds a ZIP on the device (games and allowlisted profile fields) so families can save or share a copy—nothing is emailed by that flow.

Yes. StatsMapp is built for young athletes aged 13 and over, with parent consent required for users aged 13–15. We collect only an email address and sports statistics — no location tracking, no social feed, no messaging with strangers. See the Child Safety section above and our Privacy Policy for the full details.
The app is free to download, and a free account lets you track up to 10 games. If you want more, Premium One Sport is $19.99 AUD per year (100 games on that sport) and Premium All Sports is $49.99 AUD per year (up to 1000 games shared across all six sports). Premium also removes ads and unlocks trend graphs, the StatsMapp Score, Player Cards, achievements, and Personal Bests.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google, not by us, so you cancel the same way as any other app subscription: in your Apple ID subscription settings on iPhone, or in the Google Play subscription settings on Android. Your stats stay safe either way.
Yes, anytime. In the app, go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Export my data. It builds a ZIP file on your device with all games and profile details — nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose to share it.
