• Portability: Use Settings → Data & Privacy → Export my data to build a ZIP on your device and save or share it
• Parental Rights: Your parents can also manage your account

4. Age-Appropriate Protection

Under 13: We do not collect personal information from children under 13.

Ages 13–14: A parent or guardian must approve your account before you can use it.

Ages 15 and over: You can create an account and use basic features. You need to verify your email before Premium purchase or restore, full data export, or changing your account email. Verifying also helps you recover your account if you forget your password.

We do NOT sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We may share information only:

• With parent/guardian consent for minors
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect our rights and safety

• Portability: Export my data provides a portable ZIP; you control where it is saved or shared
• Withdraw Consent: Revoke consent for data processing

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion at any time, and we will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data is processed in Australia and may be transferred to other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

10. Cookies and Tracking

Our mobile app does not use cookies. We may collect anonymized usage analytics to improve app performance, which can be disabled in your device settings.
