Welcome to StatsMapp! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StatsMapp mobile application operated by BLAM PTY LTD ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using StatsMapp, you agree to these Terms. If you are 13 or 14, a parent or guardian must approve your account before you can use the app. Your use of StatsMapp constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use StatsMapp. Users aged 13–14 require verifiable parental consent. Ages 15 and over may create an account and use basic features; email verification is required for Premium purchase or restore, full data export, and changing your account email. We reserve the right to verify your age and parental consent status.

3. Account Creation and Security

To use StatsMapp, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

4. Service Description

StatsMapp provides:

• Free Accounts: Track up to 5 games, basic statistics, limited advertising
• Premium Accounts: 100 games per sport, advanced analytics, ad-free experience
• Sports performance tracking and analysis
• Data visualization and progress monitoring
• Secure data storage and backup

5. User Conduct

You agree to use StatsMapp responsibly and may not:

• Enter false or misleading information
• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Share inappropriate or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use automated systems to access the service

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using StatsMapp, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

7. Premium Features and Subscriptions

Premium features require a valid subscription:

• Subscriptions are managed through official app stores
• You can cancel subscriptions at any time
• Refunds are subject to app store policies
• Premium features enhance but are not required for basic use
• Subscription terms are clearly displayed before purchase

StatsMapp and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission. You retain rights to content you create.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• StatsMapp is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
• We are not responsible for third-party content or services

10. Termination

You or we may terminate your account:

• You can delete your account at any time
• We may terminate for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted
• Some information may be retained for legal compliance

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time:

• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
